I sent my ring back to get resized, and overall it came back fitting well and looking exactly the same, which I was happy about. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but reading between the lines, it seemed like they were just backed up rather than ignoring me. Support replied when I checked in, so in the end it was a smooth experience.

I had to return something the refund process felt like it was moving at the speed of a sad little snail. Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them that, but every time I checked in it was basically, “just wait a few more days.” I swear I started wondering if my refund had packed a bag and gone on vacation. It did finally come through, but it took way longer than I expected and was frustrating. Not a total disaster, but definitely not a great experience either.

The jewelry itself is nice, and I do like wearing it, but I felt a bit shortchanged by the paperwork. The appraisal came across generic, like it could’ve been for almost anything, which was disappointing after spending my money and expecting something more reassuring.

My ring from Effy came in and I’m so happy with it. The diamond looks really clean and has such a nice sparkle in person. I was nervous about ordering something like this online, and now I kind of regret stressing over it so much because it ended up looking even better than I expected. No complaints at all

I ordered a ring from Effy it looked really when I first got it. But after wearing it just a few times, I noticed the setting looked uneven, and one of the smaller stones seemed a little loose. For the price, I really think the workmanship should have been better. The design itself is lovely, but the finishing felt rushed and not as sturdy as I expected. I bought an Effy ring a while back and, to be fair, it looked gorgeous at first. Very shiny, very impressive, very “look at my fancy ring” energy. But after a couple years of wearing it, the finish has worn down more than I expected, and one of the small stones got loose. So that was a fun little surprise. It’s still wearable, but for the price, I really thought it would hold up better. Silly me for expecting durability, I guess.
